Position available: Client Support Analyst

JobReady are looking to expand their customer support team. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a fast growing area of JobReady, JobReady.RTO.

No specific IT or Support Desk experience required but we are looking for someone with:-

  • a desire for longevity and a passion to grow with JobReady
  • an obsession in helping people and outstanding customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Experience working for a Registered Training Organisation would be beneficial, especially in some or all of the following areas:-

  • Student Enrolments & Certification
  • AVEMTISS Reporting
  • State Funding & Reporting
  • AQTF/ASQA Standards
  • Competency Completion Reporting
  • Compliance/Auditing
  • Learning Management Systems
