Position available: Client Support Analyst
JobReady are looking to expand their customer support team. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a fast growing area of JobReady, JobReady.RTO.
No specific IT or Support Desk experience required but we are looking for someone with:-
- a desire for longevity and a passion to grow with JobReady
- an obsession in helping people and outstanding customer service skills
- excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Experience working for a Registered Training Organisation would be beneficial, especially in some or all of the following areas:-
- Student Enrolments & Certification
- AVEMTISS Reporting
- State Funding & Reporting
- AQTF/ASQA Standards
- Competency Completion Reporting
- Learning Management Systems
