Marc Washbourne has been working with JobReady since 1999. Marc is passionate about Australian VET and Employment Services and works tirelessly to deliver better technology and productivity to the sectors. When JobReady was commissioned by DEEWR to produce a paper on Streamlining the Australian Apprenticeships system, Marc headed up the team that delivered a report that continues to assist the Department today. Marc is currently the Director of the AVETARS (ACT Vocational Education and Training Administration Records System) software project, which JobReady is developing for the ACT government ready for a launch in 2014.

Tony JonesOperations Manager
Tony (or Tone) Jones is the man that makes things happen at JobReady. He is an Operations Manager Extraordinaire who keeps his finger on the pulse of every project. He has worked with JobReady since 2006 when he moved from the UK to manage JobReady's rapid expansion. He can juggle more balls than a circus performer. The hardest working man at JobReady. Probably.

John D’AgostinoChief Technology Officer
John joined JobReady in 2013 with a background in building, managing and coordinating development teams as well as architecting and standardising solutions across multiple products and services. A strong believer in agile development he assists across JobReady’s entire product suite, developing development best practices, devising quality and scalable solutions and helping make JobReady’s products talk to each other.

Kym McInerneyDevelopment Manager
Kym joined JobReady in mid 2013 and began the process of enhancing the software delivery processes and delivery platform across the JobReady products. With a wide ranging experience across product delivery domains, from higher education to startup incubators, Kym will continue to work with the teams to provide a quality end user experience to our clients.

Chris McMillanGeneral Manager AAC
Chris joined JobReady in 2003 and has been instrumental in the development of the software JobReady AAC and GT. His knowledge of Australian Apprenticeships and Group Training is astounding. Our customers love Chris because nothing is too much for him, and he knows what it takes to ship a solution. Since 2012, Chris has headed up the development and roll out JobReady Active.

Tim JonesGeneral Manager RTO
JobReady invited Tim Jones to join the company in 2006 and Tim has overseen the development of JobReady RTO from Day 1. Tim has successfully steered JobReady RTO to become the software of choice for Registered Training Organisations through a dedicated and highly innovative approach. When you implement JobReady RTO at your company, it will likely be Tim and his team who will hold your hand every step of the way.

As the accent quickly gives away, John Masterson joined JobReady following a move from his beloved Ireland in August 2009. Since then, he has been responsible for overseeing the development of JobReady Live for Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services and works closely with our customers to drive productivity and innovation.

James HournBusiness Development Manager
James Hourn joined JobReady in 2012 as Business Development Manager as JobReady continues to expand its Student Management System business. James previously worked in VET for many years at both an Australian Apprenticeships Centre and leading Registered Training Organisations. James knows what makes RTOs tick, specifically in growing their businesses. James will provide consultation to assist RTOs in their own sales operations and optimising the JobReady platform. And a very handy tennis player and golfer.

‘JT’ was thrown into a support role for JobReady RTO and became quickly accustomed to the RTO domain and JobReady’s customers. James has a very hands on approach to problem solving and has now graduated to a Trainer role where he will deliver face-to-face and online training to JobReady customers so they can omptimise their use of our systems. His drive for success and quality of life makes him a passionate employee who we hope will help JobReady succeed for many years to come.

With twelve years’ experience in the VET sector prior to joining JobReady as our Customer Experience Manager, Pete (or Petros/PB as he is more affectionately known in our office) understands the industry and the challenges posed to our clients. Pete’s focus is customer service and only of the highest level. With six years experience leading large teams, Pete has the people skills to ensure everyone feels the love. Unless, that is, you’re asking for some during a football match, at which point you may have to look elsewhere.

Joining JobReady in 2012 as a data migration consultant, James quickly learnt his way around the database and became accustomed to the variety of data sources of which our clients were coming from. With an ever increasing number of successful migrations James has taken on further responsibility by managing the RTO production team. Overseeing everything from templates to software integrations, James continues to deliver solutions for our clients with the help of his enthusiastic team.
