Case management

Two way interaction with ESS
JobReady8 provides two way interaction with ESS, ensuring that double entry is very minimal.
Presently JobReady8 will import every relevant Bulk Data File (BDF) from ESS into JobReady8, including Jobseeker data, Claims data, Vacancy data, Employer data, Placement data and Referral data.
JobReady8 currently can export Vacancies, Employers and Employment Pathway Fund items instantly into ESS. Diary entries and filenotes will also be added to this list shortly.
Claims reminders and placements
JobReady allows you to build a claims schedule for each jobseeker and will provide a long term forecast of claim income. You can also use JobReady8 to remind your case managers when they should be making claims and telling them which claims they need to make so you don't miss these payments.
Emailing / Text Messaging and more
There are many ways to effectively communicate with all of your jobseekers and clients. Every interaction is automatically logged for you. These can also be actioned in bulk based on any search criteria that suits your users.
Reporting
There are a series of strong reports available within JobReady8 to allow you to easily track and monitor the performance of the organisation.
The new Management Dashboard Feature provides high level snapshots on how the business is performing as a whole.

JobReady8 provides two way matching capabilities allowing case managers to either find the best vacancy for a jobseeker or do it in reverse and find the best jobseeker for a vacancy.
Reverse Marketing and Time
JobReady8 provides the ability to track all time spent on marketing, and on any other interaction so that tracking the amount of time spent on a jobseeker is done automatically.
