Since 2005 JobReady has integrated various Employment Services programs to allow you access to all your data from within a single system. Today JobReady8 serves users across both Job Services Australia (JSA) and Disability Employment Services (DES) contracts in the one system allowing total control across both programs.
An event driven model
Many organisations work in a situation where change is effected after an event. A manager runs a report on last month's placement data and realises that targets are not met – but it's too late to action anything.
Using the JobReady8 Alerts Matrix you can program which actions you want to take in case of any event happening. You have a new intake; ask the case manager to contact the client. You have a potential fall-off situation; tell the team leader to take action. You have a client with no contact for over 2 weeks; give an alert to the team leader.
These alerts work as a proactive reminder instead of a reactive patch-up.

Through JobReady, with one click we can instantly bring up and print high level history of all the achievements a person has made within the program making auditing very simple and hassle free.
