Customisation with JobReady
At JobReady we firmly believe that no two organisations work exactly the same way. That’s why every JobReady system can be customised exactly
to suit the needs of your organisation.
We have a well-defined collaborative process that ensures we capture your requirements in a group forum where all participants can
interactively follow the process.
Following that, the system is set up for you. Generally speaking, we see five types of customisations occur in any system:
Setting of preferences to direct how the system should behave once installed (for example, in JobReady8, there are over 375 options available)
Setting up value lists. Many fields have a defined set of values to guide users to enter data correctly. You determine the values to fit with the terminology you use.
Forms and letters, that form part of your workflow can be embedded directly in your JobReady system.
Checklists can give you greater clarity over where a client is up to in the case flow and can easily be set up.
Rules and Alerts, allow you to flexibly define which important and critical parameters trigger what events within your system.
There may also be customisations that are unique to your organisation. We will build these into JobReady before installation.
