At the core of the JobReady system is a very strong platform that allows you to run a flexible workflow giving you a great degree of control and clarity across the organisation. As the platform is adaptable to your workflow methodology, we spend a lot of effort prior to installation to ensure that the system will work to your specific requirements.


Clarity

Due to the nature of the JobReady workflow engine you will have a great degree of granularity of workflow data at your disposal to find out where you can tune your organisation at any time. Furthermore, JobReady allows you to search freely across all areas of the data without any complex search language.


Alerts

In most of the JobReady systems you can set up alerts to be triggered on any event or any action, or lack thereof. So, for example, if a consultant misses a follow–up you get an alert. If a client moves into a new Stream you get an alert.

The alert system means you can have a sharp focus on only the events that need attention instead of sifting through reams of reports every week to find your data.


Flexibility

Your organisation operates in an environment that is changing constantly due to changes in government regulations, contracts, marketplace, competitors’ initiatives and more. Your JobReady system contains many features that allow you to change with ease, including filenote templates, rule definitions, and configuration settings.

Everyday flexibility is available for every user so that while their path is guided through the workflow of their day, they can still determine at any time the best approach. That way we never lose sight of the human touch.


Control

Control is embedded in every work practice in the system in such a way that when consultants follow the choices presented to them not only do they save time, they will be compliant in their activities. This moves compliance from a back-end checking function to a frontline function that everybody can easily take part of. By giving this control to the front–line staff it allows the organisation a great degree of self–management throughout.
