AAC New Release

JobReady/AAC iv (v1.2)

A new version of JobReady/AAC iv (v1.2) will be available in March and released to JobReady/AAC clients over the following four weeks.

JobReady will ensure that all users are quickly familiarised with the latest upgrade, and will provide assistance with the configuring of new functions to suit your processes and business needs.

Summary of enhancements

The new release is packed full of new features, most of which were the result of recent feedback from our clients. Here is a summary of four of the key new features:

a) The JobReady Pulse

The Pulse has been added to offer Managers up-to-the-minute reports and graphs to help keep your finger on the Pulse. You can see at a glance how you are travelling with Sign Ups, Fee for Service and Contacts. (See screeshot at right or click here for a larger, detailed view.)

b) KPI Reports Enhancements

New functions and updates to existing reports will assist with your KPI reporting requirements.

The upgrade focuses mainly on improved functions that will provide more ability to break down and prepare data in more flexible ways, e.g. by contract, consultant, region.

c) Updated Reports & Report Administration Function

  • Provides more filtering options by contract, consultant, region, tier etc.
  • Improved tracking facilities for Contacts and exception reporting
  • A new admin function to enable an Administrator to determine which reports are visible to specific "user report groups"

d) LAFHA Claims Schedule

A new function will allow the creation of schedules of claims due, which will supplement the existing follow up, Received and Returned functions for LAFHA claims.

AAC - Skills for the Future

JobReady is monitoring the Federal Government's decision to invest $408 million over five years to support people aged 25 years and over who do not have Year 12 or equivalent qualifications.

The initiative begins from 1 January 2007 and will impact the JobReady system from July 2007.

At this stage, we have not been provided with full guidelines or technical details by DEST. Upon confirmation, JobReady will prepare the exact changes required.

We raise this for you to diarise and JobReady will, if necessary, arrange a conference for AAC clients to understand and implement the changes as they affect them.

    GROUP TRAINING

    Integrating systems

JobReady/GT, used by many Group Training companies across Australia as a Human Resources Management Tool, can now be fully integrated with PayFiles to provide a highly efficient "cradle-to-grave" software solution.

JobReady has upgraded JobReady/GT with a fully integrated Payroll program so it runs on one system to provide business productivity savings and optimise control for Group Training companies.

JobReady/GT system integrates the entire workflow through the Group Training organisation and collates all the information in one place for easy access AND eliminates the need for double entry.

"This upgrade in the JobReady/GT software has come about from Group Training managers asking if we could organise for it to interface with their Payroll systems," says Marc Washbourne, General Manager of JobReady AAC/GT.

"We see it as out job to improve systems for our clients and now we can offer the entire solution in one, from the Human Resources side through to the Payroll. It's a one-stop shop."
