JobReady+v8 -
Productivity
improvement
JobReady+v8 has
been released with expanded features and a fresh
new user interface.
This latest version of
the core JobReady product is specifically designed
to integrate operations for JobNetwork (JN);
Disability Employment Network (DEN); Vocational
Rehabilitation Services (VRS); Work for the Dole
(WFD); and Job Placement.
JobReady+v8 has a
long list of new productivity enhancing features,
including:
- Full integration of
case management to allow JN, DEN, VRS and WFD to
be managed from the same system
- Full automatic
integration of downloads
- Simplified modern
tab-style user-interface
- Customised
functionality allows in-house best performance
configuration
Other special features
of JobReady+v8
On-the-fly mail
merges
Allows use of fully
styled text in your letter templates and the
ability to format the printing of any letter(s) as
you choose using forms templates for
styling.JobReady+v8 also creates custom-designed
forms for instant use in communications with
individuals or groups of jobseekers and
employers.
Getting the message
across
Through an SMS gateway,
your staff can text directly from within JobReady
to remind jobseekers about JS participation,
interviews, new vacancies, to pre-arrange PPS
calls and more. Jobseeker responses return
as an email to your Inbox.
A range of text / email
templates with merge fields can be set up to make
it quicker and easier for staff to send messages
out to individuals or groups of people, i.e.
jobseekers and employers.
Need
help?
A host of new help
facilities will permit existing users to swiftly
integrate JobReady+v8 and will allow new users to
quickly familiarise staff with the system. The
help facilities include:
- Video materials
explaining all key functions and features within
the new system.
- Online help system
explaining every function with illustrations
from the system - each image is annotated
with exact details on what to do and
where.
- FAQ database that
allows users to scan for answers on any area
within the JobReady system
- User interface
guidelines that show all details of the new and
easier user interface in
JobReady+v8.
Roll-out
The new release is
currently being rolled out to all existing
clients.

Disability Employment
Network - Changing needs
With the advent of the
new style of managing disability employment
JobReady Solutions last year developed a totally
new system to suit the new processes and business
model for a DEN provider.
The JobReady+v8 system
for DEN closely follows the case management
requirements set out by the department and allows
your consultants to work flexibly with their
clients while allowing management to keep a close
eye on monitoring performance throughout the
organisation.
If you provide DEN
services in conjunction with for example
JobNetwork you can combine the systems and give
better employer service and achieve higher
placement success, while still maintaining
separation between the different sides of the
business and safeguarding the privacy of your DEN
clients.
Automatic
downloads
JobReady+v8 will
automatically download your data from EA3000 so
that you will not have to re-key any jobseeker
data between JobReady and EA.
Claims
reminders
JobReady allows you to
build a claims schedule for each jobseeker and
will automatically remind you about any claims
that become due.
Timekeeping
JobReady allows for a
simple and easy way of keeping records of time
spent on all jobseeker contact in support of your
claims.
Post-placement
support
You can use the
advanced PPS features of the JobReady system to
enable you do PPS with your DEN jobseekers more
easily.
Finance
control
You can drive complete
control of all your expenditures through the
JobReady+v8 system. JobReady will ensure that
approvals procedures that you set up internally
are upheld at all times.
Vocational Rehabilitation
Services
JobReady will soon be
releasing a new version to support the upcoming
Vocational Rehabilitation
Services.
A number of providers
have recently been successful in obtaining
contracts for this service.
As we get closer to the
commencement of the VRS contract JobReady will
provide more detail on all the features in
JobReady+ to support VRS in a future edition of
JobReady Insight.
